AIW - Walk the Plank

Results from last Friday's @aiwrestling #WalkThePlank event at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School in Cleveland Ohio - all AIW wrestling blog posts.

The main event was AIW Absolute Champion Josh Prohibition defending the title against "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams.

  1. Shawn Shultz won a fatal-four way match against Flip Kendrick, Facade and Lucky tHURTeen when Façade hit tHURTeen with a Canadian Destroyer on the ring apron and Schultz stole the pinfall.

  2. PB Smooth pinned Kaplan after hitting a chokebomb

    Up next was a scheduled match between Britt Baker and Swoggle when Dedication Personified (Dr. Daniel C. Rockingham and Brian Carson) attacked Baker. Space Justice (Space Monkey and Dick Justice) made the save. From there, AIW President Matt Wadsworth sent a text message to ring announcer Steve Guy changing the match to a 4 man, 1 woman, 1 animal match which led to ....

  3. Britt Baker, Space Monkey, and Dick Justice defeated Swoggle, Daniel C. Rockingham, and Brian Carson when Baker forced Rockingham to tap out with a chickenwing over the shoulder crossface submission.

    Next was a scheduled match between M-Dogg Matt Cross) and "Bad Boy" Joey Janela. Cross had a broken leg so Janela challenged any member of the locker room. Candice LeRae answered the challenge which led to ....

  4. Joey Janela pinned Candie LeRae after hitting gut wrench powerbomb.

    Afterward, Janela challenged Scott Norton to a match at Gauntlet for the Gold 12.

  5. AIW Tag Team Champions Crazy Pain (Steve Pain and Gringo Loko) defeated The Jollyville F***-Its (Nasty Russ Myers and T-Money) and To Infinity and Beyond (Colin Delaney & Cheech) when Pain gave both Cheech and Delaney a Samoan Drop and pinning Delaney with some help from Loco.

    INTERMISSION

  6. Mike Tolar defeated B.J. Whitmer (with The Duke) when "The Bone Collector" Dominic Garrini ran down and stopped The Duke from interfering allowing Tolar to roll up a distracted Whitmer for the win.

    Afterwards, Whitmer challenged Garrini to a match at Gauntlet for the Gold 12. Garrini accepted and made it a "Submit or Surrender" match. Then Whitmer added he would leave AIW if he lost but should Whitmer win, Garrini becomes his young boy bitch.

  7. Louis Lyndon pinned Paul Burchill with a sunset flip and both hands holding the tights.

  8. Raymond Rowe defeated Laredo Kid after hitting a powerbomb.

  9. AIW Intense Champion Alex Daniels (with Gregory Iron) pinned Ethan Page with Iron providing additional leverage.

  10. The match between AIW Absolute Champion Josh Prohibition and "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams was declared a no contest by referee Tom Dunn following interference by Tim Donst.

    Afterward, Prohibition challenged Donst (and Williams) to a Triple Threat match for the AIW Absolute Title at Gauntlet for the Gold 12. If Donst loses, he will not receive an Absolute Title shot for one year.

  2. B.J. Whitmer (with The Duke) pinned "The Bone Collector" Dominic Garrini

  3. PB Smooth pinned Eddie Kingston

  4. The Jollyville F***-Its (Nasty Russ Myers and T-Money) defeated The Carnies (formerly the Carnies)

  5. "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams defeated Joey Janela (with Penelope Ford) via submission in a fatal four-way match also involving Laredo Kid and Sonjay Dutt.

  6. Swoggle pinned Britt Baker

  7. AIW Intense Champion Alex Daniels (with Gregory Iron) defeated Matt Cross.

    Up next was the main event with Josh Prohibition defending against Raymond Rowe. Prohibition was distracted by Santa allowing Tim Donst to attack with a chair. Raymond Rowe made the save. Prohibition was unable to wrestle which led to …..

  8. Raymond Rowe pinned Tim Donst.

    Aftwerward, Donst tried leaving the ring with the AIW Absolute Title but was cut off by Prohibition.  It was announced Rowe vs. Prohibition for the AIW Absolute Title will take place at a later date.
