AIW - Cool as Ice

Results from last Friday's @aiwrestling #CoolAsIce event at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School in Cleveland Ohio - all AIW wrestling blog posts.

The main event was AIW Absolute Champion Tim Donst defending the title against Louis Lyndon and "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams in a rematch of the main event at #ABSO12.

  1. Bobby Beverly (with Eric Ryan) pinned Shawn Shultz with a rollup

  2. Britt Baker defeated Faye Jackson via Rings of Saturn submission

  3. Frankie Flynn (with Derek Director aand Colby Redd) defeated PB Smooth when Magnum CK interfered giving Smooth a spinebuster setting up the pinfall. Before the match starts AIW President Matt Wadsworth comes out and bans Derek Director and Colby Redd from ringside.

  4. Team AIW (DJ Z, Ethan Page, Gringo Loco, Laredo Kid and Ethan Carter III - substituting for M-Dogg Matt Cross) beat No Consequences (Tre LaMar, Garrison King, AJ Gray, Joshua Bishop & Malcolm Monroe III) when Page pinned LaMar after hitting a top rope swanton.

    INTERMISSION

    MJF (Maxwell Jacob Friedman) comes out and issues an open challenge. Matthew Justice answers the challenge which led to ...
     
  5. Matthew Justice defeated MJF after hitting a jackhammer

  6. AIW Tag Team Champions To Infinity and Beyond (Colin Delaney and Cheech) beat Colt Cabana and Grado

  7. Intense Champion Joey Janela pinned Sonjay Dutt after hitting a double stomp

  8. "Filthy" Tom Lawlor pinned "The Bone Collector" Dominic Garrini after hitting a Styles Clash.

  9. AIW Absolute Champion Tim Donst pinned "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams after hitting a chokebreaker in a triple threat match also involving Louis Lyndon.

    Afterward, Nick Gage attacked Donst and gave him a piledriver.

World Wide" Alex Kellar addressed the crowd to start the show.
  1. Garrison King (with Tre LaMar and Joshua Bishop) pinned Eric Ryan after a sunset flip driver

  2. AIW Hoss Division Champion Joshua Singh pinned Parker Pierce with a tombstone piledriver in a fatal five way match also including Big Moe, Big Twan Tucker and Kurt Hurtz.

  3. No Consequences (Tre Lamar & AJ Gray) defeated PM Experience (Philly Collins & Marino Tenaglia) when Gray pinned Tenaglia after hitting a Phoenix splash.

    The Duke came out to address the crowd. He begins to yell at a person watching the show from the window of a house next door when "Enter Sandman" begins to play. The Sandman appears and makes a slow walk to the ring. He spits beer at the Duke and assaults him with a Singapore cane.

    INTERMISSION

  4. Joshua Bishop (with Tre LaMar and Garrison King) pinned Bobby Beverly after hitting a DDT. Afterward, No Consequences continued to beat down Beverly until Eric Ryan made the save.

    Next was a "Brawl For All" match between Dominic Garrini and Andy Williams. The three judges were introduced, referee Jake Clemons provides instructions to the two fighters when Brian Carson and Dr. Daniel C. Rockingham interrupt things which led to ….

  5. "The Bone Collector" Dominic Garrini and Andy Williams defeated Dedication Personified (Brian Carson and Dr. Daniel C. Rockingham) when Williams pinned Carson after hitting a Falcon Arrow.

  6. PB Smooth and Weird World ("Weird Body" Evan Adams and "World Wide" Alex Kellar) defeated The Production (Frankie Flynn, Derek Director and Colby Redd) when Smooth pinned Director after hitting a chokeslam.

  7. AIW Absolute Champion Tim Donst pinned Danny Havoc after hitting an STO into a jackknife for the win in a fans bring the weapons match.

    Afterward, Donst praised Havoc and thanked the fans for attending.

  1. The Young Studs (Eric Ryan and Bobby Beverly) defeated The Philly Marino Experience (Philly Collins and Marino Tenaglia) when Ryan pinned Collins after hitting a powerbomb.

  2. Frankie Flynn (with Derek Director and Colby Redd) defeated Kurt Hurtz after a Kinshasa.

  3. The Jollyville F***-Its (Nasty Russ Myers and T-Money) beat Dedication Personified (Dr. Daniel C. Rockingham and Brian Carson) when Myers pinned Rockingham after hitting a top rope cannonball.

  4. "The Bone Collector" Dominic Garrini defeated MJF (Maxwell Jacob Friedman) via submission.

    Afterward, Garrini calls out AIW Matt Wadsworth and issued a challenge to "Filthy" Tom Lawlor at the "Cool as Ice” show on September 15th.

  5. The Production (Derek Director and Colby Red) defeated Weird World ("Weird Body" Evan Adams and "World Wide" Alex Kellar) when Redd pinned Evans after a running knee strike.

    Afterward, it was announced PB Smooth would team with Weird World vs. Frankie Flynn and the Production for the "WrestleRager 2" show on August 26th.

    INTERMISSION

  6. The Duke pinned Big Twan Tucker after hitting a sit down tombstone piledriver.

  7. AJ Gray defeated Parker Pierce after hitting a Phoenix splash.

  8. Tre LaMar, Garrison King, and Chase Oliver beat Johnathan Wolf, Malcolm Monroe III and Myron Reed when King pinned Monroe III.  During the match, Oliver suffered an injury and had to be removed early.

  9. Joshua Bishop defeated Mance Warner after hitting a DDT.

  10. The match between Intense Champion Joey Janela and Glacier ended in a no contest when Janela snapped his finger on a Boxing Machine.  The match also had a double pin situation and conflicting referee decisions.
