AIW Forget About the Dre

Results from last night's @aiwrestling #forgotaboutdre event at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School in Cleveland Ohio - all AIW wrestling blog posts.

  1. Candice LeRae pinned Cloudy to win a four-person scramble also involving Laredo Kid and Louis Lyndon.

    WWE Hall of Famer Booker T came out to address the crowd. He asked three fans to perform the Spinaroonie. After Anthony was declared the winner, Booker T was ready to leave but was interrupted by Grado. The two of them have a Spinaroonie contest which ends with Booker T giving Grado the Book End.   2. Space Monkey hit "The Stuntman" Rex Brody with his tail and scored the pinfall to win a triple-threat tag match also involving Grado.

  3. Hot Sauce Entertainment ("Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams and Tyson Dux) defeated AIW Tag Team Champions To Infinity and Beyond (Colin Delaney & Cheech) to win the titles when both Williams and Dux had Cheech in a double submission hold. Afterward, Delaney challenged the new champions to two out of three fall match at Absolution XI.

  4. Johnny Gargano forced Alex Shelley to tap out to the Garga-No-Escape (Chickenwing over the shoulder crossface) in nine seconds. Then Shelley challenged Gargano to an immediate rematch, with the loser banished from AIW forever which lead to ...
     
  5. Johnny Gargano defeated Alex Shelley via the Garga-No Escape again. Shelley and Gargano made peace and put each other over to end the segment.

    INTERMISSION

  6. Jock Samson w/Col. Robert Parker defeated Dick Justice by submission after stabbing him with a knife dozens of times and the referree ruled Justice could not continue. Afterward, Justice challenged Samson to a Texas Death Match at Absolution XI.

  7. "Bad Boy" Joey Janela defeated Façade by submission when Janela choked Façade with a chair and referee Dave Dawson ruled Façade was unable to continue.

  8. Alex Daniels pinned AIW Intense Champion Jerry with a Gregory Iron distraction rollup to win the title in a six-person scramble match also involving Britt Baker, Frankie Flynn, Joshua Singh and BJ Whitmer (with The Duke).

  9. Tim Donst and Josh Prohibition defeated Raymond Rowe and AIW Absolute Champion "All Ego" Ethan Page when Prohibition pinned Page after hitting a piledriver.
